In 1994, the company established itself on new premises and started selling fuel from YX. The following year, the company started selling Castrol lubricants. In 2000, the business merged with Skibenes & Søn AS, and the current ownership structure became a reality. The new company took the name Måløy Havneservice AS.

The company started two smaller petrol stations in 2002/2003, and continued its focus on the maritime environment. Under the daily management of Bent Hammersvik, the company grew and expanded in 2005 to Ålesund and in 2011 to Fosnavåg.

In 2015, the three companies merged and in 2017 the name was changed from Måløy Havneservice AS to MHService AS.

MHService acquired two Shell stations after these went bankrupt in 2015, thus starting the construction of the MH24 chain. In 2024 MH24 has reached 23 stations, and is still on the lookout for good prodjects.
